^Lot 473 Beretta Silver Snipe 12 Ga #87609

Two barrel set Over/Under shotgun made in Italy in 1964 (XX date code), imported by Beretta. Both barrel sets are blued, vent rib, brass front bead, fixed Imp Mod over Imp Cyl chokes, very good bores, 26" set installed, 28" set in included luggage type hard case (case marked Browning). Shotgun features coin finished receiver with Beretta logo, gold accent single trigger, one piece extractor, tang safety, inertial hammers, checkered wood forend with bird in flight medallion on the underside, wood butt with checkered curved grip, ventilated recoil pad. Retains 85% finish with thinning or bare metal on edges, where handled, on controls. The trigger has finish loss from handling. Coin finish is very good with minor scuffing to bottom. Wood is very good condition, shows evidence of extensive handling with some staining and loss of finish, scratches and scuffs. Approx stock dimensions: 13-3/4" Length of Pull, 1-5/8"" Drop at Comb, 2-1/4" Drop at Heel.
